These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at coinclair.sbs and any educational programmes, workshops, or toolkits offered by Coinclair ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services or enrolling in any programme.

By accessing our website or registering for a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Enrolment and Payment

4.1 Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of your registration and applicable payment. We will send a confirmation to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate.

4.2 Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment details will be provided at the time of enrolment. We accept payment via the methods communicated during the registration process.

4.3 Refund and Cancellation

If you need to withdraw from a programme before it begins, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility is as follows:

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, worksheets, brand elements, and website design are the intellectual property of Coinclair or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use programme materials for your own private learning during the period of your enrolment.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Certificates of Attendance

A certificate of attendance is issued upon satisfactory completion of the Comprehensive Money-Management Programme. The certificate documents your participation in the educational programme and does not confer any professional qualification, licence, or credential. It is not affiliated with any regulatory or professional body.

All programmes and content are provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing on our website or in any programme constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should always seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

We make no representations that participation in any programme will produce specific financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on your individual circumstances, decisions, and effort.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we work carefully to ensure the quality and accuracy of our content, we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Coinclair and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme in connection with the claim.

This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinclair, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other participants or to us. Where termination is due to our discretion and not your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund for unused services.

Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
